Joining costs nothing

Nothing to pay to join, no stock to pay for upfront. Everything in writing before you start.

Zero fixed costs: no subscription, no entry fee, no stock to pay for upfront. We pay you on every sale, at the price agreed beforehand.

Zero effort on promotion: no campaigns to run, no one to go looking for. Whoever chooses it talks about it their way. You only ship the orders that come in.

What we don’t do

We don't sell your product below the agreed price. We don't promise volumes. We don't use your brand without an agreement or without the advertising disclosure. We don't charge resellers to join.

We don't ask you for money to join or stock to pay for upfront.

Whoever resells it always discloses that it's advertising: the buyer knows beforehand, and trusts it more.

How much does it cost me?

Nothing to join: no fee, no fixed costs, no commission charged to you, no stock to pay for upfront. We pay you on every sale, at the price agreed beforehand.

Who gets paid, and when do I get paid?

The buyer pays Sharin, and Sharin invoices them. You invoice Sharin only for what you've sold and receive the agreed price within the timeframe in the agreement, which you read before you start.

Who handles returns?

Sharin does, because Sharin is the seller: the buyer deals with Sharin, not with you. What happens to returned goods is in the agreement, which you read before you start.

What do I risk by trying?

No cost to join and no stock to pay for upfront: there's nothing to recoup. Duration and exit are in the agreement, which you read before you start.

Who sees my prices?

We set the public price together, and Sharin never sells below it. Who can see the price you sell to Sharin at is in the agreement, which you read before you start.

How much work does it take?

We upload your catalogue together, even if it isn't digital yet. You only ship when an order comes in and follow it in your Sharin area.

Is my brand safe?

Sharin doesn't use your brand without a contract and never sells below the agreed price. Every recommendation with a commission is labelled as advertising.

We need it to check that the request comes from a business. Italian VAT numbers have 11 digits.
We use it only to call you back about this request.

By sending this request, SharinApp International S.r.l. uses your details to assess it and reply to you.

  • The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business requests, or pre-contractual steps if you are a sole trader.
  • We send the newsletter only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • We do not sell your details or pass them to stores: only the Sharin team and the technical providers that help us manage them can see them.
  • If the application does not go ahead, we delete the details after 12 months; if it becomes an agreement, we keep them for the length of the relationship and as required by law.
  • You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or object to the processing, by writing to privacy@sharinapp.com, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority.

What happens next

  1. We read your request and reply by email.
  2. Together we set the supply price, retail price and commission.
  3. We put everything in writing in the supply agreement.
  4. We load the catalogue with you.
  5. Your product enters the catalogue: store owners can choose it and put it in their store.
